Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I have to be a CrossFit member to participate?

A: No. The registration is online and you can do it anyplace with a pull-up bar and a place to run. Get a group of friends together and go the the local track or park and host your own Memorial Day Murph. Then have your Memorial Day BBQ. I guarantee the food and beer will taste much better.

Q: What if I can't do the entire workout, can I still participate?

A: Absolutely! There are several different options for you. You can scale the exercises, i.e. Jumping pull-ups and knee push ups, or you can register as a team and break up the workout among 2,3 or 10 people. The idea is to just get out there and work hard.

Q: What time does it start?

A: Since this is a nationwide event, each affiliate or group, (or individual) can set up what ever time work best for them. We are hoping to set up the website to track progress throughout the day.
